It All Started in 2021
In 2021, we saw a growing need: European and Mideast students with incredible potential were missing opportunities to study at top U.S. universities. We set out to change that by creating a program dedicated to bridging the gap between European and Mideast education and the U.S. admissions system.

Ryan Fischer
President, Founder
Ryan received his MBA from Wake Forest University in Charlotte, NC, USA, and is pursuing his Doctorate in Business, focusing on Leadership from Liberty University. Ryan has over 15 years of experience in various senior consulting and corporate roles for America's top Fortune 100 companies.
Tami Zgoda
Chief Editor, Academic Advisor
Tami holds a master’s degree in counseling from the University of Louisville, KY, USA, and is a licensed counselor in three states. A certified IEW writing instructor, she has over 25 years of counseling experience and has helped her children gain acceptance into top U.S. universities.
Stacey Fischer
Proofreader, Coach
Stacey is a graduate of the State University of New York. in Saratoga Springs, NY, USA. She is the owner of SF Translation Editing in Sofia, Bulgaria and a former ESL teacher.
Mason Christmas
Mason Christmas Proofreader, Writing Instructor, Coach
Mason Zgoda is a graduate of The Master’s University in California, USA. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Political Theory at Claremont University. She teaches English literature, ACT/SAT Test Prep, and writing. And she is a distinguished musician. You can find her music on Spotify and iTunes!
